Nestled within the lush landscapes of Bicentennial Park, Waterview offers a harmonious blend of modern elegance and natural beauty. With expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, guests are treated to panoramic views of the serene Lake Belvedere and verdant parklands, creating a tranquil backdrop for our Eid celebration and the perfect grounds to picnic or bbq afterwards.

Getting There & Parking

Bicentennial Park is accessible by train, bus, or car, with free on-site parking available until 10am and only $3 per hour afterwards. Vehicles must be registered to obtain the free parking using the PayStay app, Touch N GO devices, or park meters. Additional parking exists at P3, with shuttle buses to convey visitors from P10d, P10e and P3 to Waterview.

Public Transport
  • Train: The closest station is Concord West, which is a 16 min walk to Waterview. Olympic Park Station (connecting from Lidcombe) is also an 18 min walk to the venue.
  • Bus: Route 526 from Strathfield Station (Everton Rd, Stand B) or Rhodes Shopping Centre (Rider Boulevard) stops at Australia Avenue opposite Bicentennial Park, which is a 13 mins walk to Waterview.
Parking
  • Secure General Parking: There are approximately 500 car park spaces within the parkland. You must register your plate number to get up to 10am free. Thereafter, it is $3 per hour. Additional parking is available at P3 (entry: Sarah Durack Avenue). Shuttle buses will inshaAllah be available to convey visitors from P10d, P10e (both on Bicentennial Drive) and P3 (Sarah Durack Avenue) starting at 6:30am.
  • Reserved & Disability Parking: In front of Waterview, 1 Bicentennial Drive
  • Elderly Drop-Off & Young Children Assistance available in front of Waterview, 1 Bicentennial Drive

What time does the Eid prayer start?
Eid Prayer begins at 8:00 AM sharp. Arrive early to find a comfortable space before the prayer starts.
Where is the Eid prayer being held?
The Eid prayer will take place in the Waterview in Bicentennial Park, a spacious venue sectioned for brothers and sisters, with indoor and outdoor areas.
How can I get to Waterview?
  • Train: Concord West Station or Olympic Park Station, then walk 16 - 20 mins.
  • Bus: Bus 526 from Rhodes (Shopping Centre, Rider Blvd) or Strathfield Station (Everton Road, Stand B) runs every 10 minutes.
  • Car: Free parking until 10am within the park, and additional parking at P3, then walk to the prayer area or hop on one of our shuttle buses at P10d, P10e and P3 starting from 6:30am.
Will there be separate areas for men and women?
Yes, there will be designated sections for both men and women to ensure a comfortable prayer experience.
